Order Birds Online!

If you are attending the next training day order your birds online! Fill out the order form below and we will receive your order. Please note the following regarding ordering birds from our chapter:

1. You must be a fully paid member of the North Central Wisconsin Chapter to order birds.
2. Birds must be ordered approximately ten days prior to the training day.  Once we have the number of birds required, we place orders with our suppliers.   Late orders may not be honored.  Check the latest chapter newsletter for the last date to order birds for each training date. 
3. All birds must be picked up by 8:30am. on the training day. If you cannot pick up birds then it is your responsibility to arrange for someone else to pick them up and pay for them.
4. Please bring the correct change or check when paying for birds.
5. Occasionally we have a few extra birds but this depends entirely on our suppliers.  Any extra birds will be sold on a first come first served basis.  However, we do not guarantee the availability of any birds.
6. Not all species of birds are available every month.  Ducks typically are not available until April.  Chukars are typically available in June, more likely July.  Please check the chapter newsletter for updates on bird availability.

Please Note:  There are two ordering forms as the bird orders are sent directly to different chapter members in charge of ordering each type of bird.   Therefore, you must submit the appropriate form that has the specie(s) of bird you wish to order.  Fill out the name and email boxes for each form or we will receive an order with no name, even though you filled out the boxes on the previous form.   Each form works independently from the other.  

Submitting a form is completed by clicking on the "Submit" button in the lower left corner of the form.  After selecting the "Submit" button an order confirmation page with the details of your order should be displayed.  This page can be printed using the print function on your web browser.  You will not receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Please use the first form (Pigeon, Quail and Chukar Ordering Form) to order pigeons, quail or chukars.   See the second form, shown below, for ordering ducks. 

Please use the form below to order ducks.  Please note that you have to fill out and send both forms if you want to order birds listed on both forms.   This is necessary as the e-mail orders are directed to different club members.
